We will start with a lifestyle, fitness and nutrition assessment. I’ll want to fully understand where you are and what your goals are, and you’ll have questions to ask me.
It’s completely free and will last approximately 45 minutes.
It gives us the opportunity to get to know each other so you can be sure that I am the right personal trainer to guide you through your fitness goals before you have to pay a penny.
After the free consultation I will develop a personalised exercise programme for you. I bring all the equipment to you so we can train wherever you like; the beach, the park, your own home and garden are popular choices.
I will guide you through varied, fun and challenging personal training sessions that typically last an hour.
I’ll keep you motivated and accountable, pushing you further than you would yourself but never so far that you walk away feeling nauseous, dreading the next session.
You will end each of our sessions with a great sense of achievement, proud and happily knowing that you are on the right path to feeling healthier and fitter than you have done for years.
